Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to fill the role of Service Desk Analyst. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high efficiency in handling escalated calls from the L1 team.
  • Resolve tickets within agreed SLA timeframes.
  • Ensure positive customer experiences through defined resolution rates and average handling times.
  • Update worklogs and follow shift escalation processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and international voice experience.
  • Strong background in troubleshooting mobility-related application and desktop issues.
  • Familiarity with Citrix, VDI, VPN, and Outlook is also required.
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office and O365 is necessary for success.
