Responsibilities
  • Continuously monitor performance graphs, respond to alerts according to the runbook, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Evaluate matters with supervisors or relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple thresholds related to different PODs, adhering to roster schedules.
  • Restore failed services quickly and notify the on-call team.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on alerts/tickets worked on, calculate SLA, and review performance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of total experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling precise and professional interaction with the team.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with basic office tools like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira.
  • Knowledge of ticket management and SLA processes.
  • Flexibility to adapt to 24/7 shifts.
