Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic paid marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google to drive performance-driven results. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with our brand voice and aesthetics.

  • Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve key performance indicators such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan, manage, and track paid marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
  2. Analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  3. Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with our brand guidelines.
  4. Use performance tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Excel/Sheets to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
  5. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience running Meta & Google Ads, preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
