Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting. The selected candidate will support in scheduling and coordinating interviews. Additionally, they will help with onboarding new interns/employees, conduct and document feedback sessions to improve HR processes, contribute to employee engagement and team-building activities, maintain HR records, and collaborate with the HR team and management on day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement)
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup

Eligibility

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Pursuing an MBA in HR is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Must have a laptop/PC with stable internet connection
  • Available for a 3-month remote internship
