Executive Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization.

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain employee records, coordinate payroll inputs, and ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Track leaves, attendance, and optimize HR efficiency.

  • Oversee office management, ensuring a seamless workflow.
  • Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and freelancers as needed.
  • Support project tracking and team coordination.

  • Assist the creative team during client shoots, scheduling logistics, and coordination.
  • Manage props, crew arrangements, and client communication on shoot days.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, Admin, or Operations, with agency/creative industry experience an asset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take responsibility across multiple functions.
