Senior Business Operations Manager

This is a true business generalist role that involves working closely with the CEO on cross-functional initiatives. It's an intense, always-on, high-impact role that requires someone who enjoys all things business and operations.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in early-stage startups on the business side. They should be comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy collaborating across functions to solve problems with first-principle thinking.

  • Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — your primary responsibility is to bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on initiatives to maximize revenue — from identifying and fixing funnel leakages to shaping pricing/packaging strategies and enabling the team with better processes and tools.
  • Work closely with customer success teams to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn — through both strategic inputs and process design.
  • Own and drive key partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
  • Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR — from improving onboarding processes to driving org health projects.
  • Support strategic hiring efforts — from workforce planning to closing key roles, especially in sales, CS, and ops.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning, working with the CEO and team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.
Requirements
  • Experience in early-stage startups on the business side.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and can operate in disorder.
  • Extremely high agency and adaptability to make things happen.
