To further enhance merchants' business, Paytm offers commerce services through advertising and Paytm Mini app store. Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans, and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.About the team: EDC Retail – EDC is one of Paytm's business tools to help merchants grow and manage their business through simplicity and data-driven technology.About the role:
  • New Account acquisition for Paytm payments solution (only key outlets to be onboarded).
  • Account Management of provided base Visit accounts, build, and maintain relationships.
  • Acquisition quality onboarded accounts are engaged with Paytm.
  • Handle the on-roll KAMs and motivate them for better sales.
  • Responsible for acquiring key merchants (large standalone account, multiple stores/MID account, city/regional chains) for payment solutions.
  • Responsible for the retention and cross-sales of other products.

  • Self-starters, who can take ownership and are comfortable navigating ambiguity, will be an ideal fit.
  • Passionate about working in a fast-growing firm and ready to get their hands dirty to articulate complex solutions to novice customers.

  • Good sales and negotiation skills, interest in financial products & market.
