Job Role and Responsibilities
Sales Territory Manager at Vodafone Idea Limited is looking for an individual to manage Channel Partners and drive sales targets. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the Telco/FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Channel Partners to effectively service retailers and expand distribution.
- Deliver revenue and sales targets.
- Appoint and manage Channel Partners in defined market geography.
- Ensure distributor infrastructure and investment for reliable service.
- Expand town coverage and distribution outlets.
- Visit markets/distributors to strengthen market execution and trade relationships.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Telco/FMCG.
- Effective Distributor Management.
- Motivate team and build capability.
- Skilled in conflict management.
- Self-driven with minimal guidance.
