Job Brief:
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and revenue for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- To generate leads from existing databases and identify potential customers who can benefit from our products and services.
- To conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- To develop and execute targeted sales strategies, ensuring timely follow-up with clients to secure deals.
- To collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- To achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by executing effective sales processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
