Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for ServiceMax solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Your role will also involve facilitating workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.

Additionally, you will design and configure ServiceMax applications to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency. You will conduct testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure that solutions meet requirements and quality standards.

Furthermore, you will provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring their effective use of ServiceMax tools. You will continuously assess existing processes and systems, recommending improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Finally, you will stay updated with the latest trends in ServiceMax and field service management technologies.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ServiceMax or field service management.
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
  • Strong understanding of field service management processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • ServiceMax certification is a plus.
