Job Title

Hiring for a services-based project with a multinational corporation.

Work locations include Bangalore, Pune, Coimbatore, Ahmedabad, and Jaipur. Relocation to the office is mandatory.

The role involves working as a Salesforce Conga CLM Developer/CPQ Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage individual CPQ-focused tracks within Business Applications transformation projects.
  • Gain expertise in best practices and how clients implement business systems, including creating workflow, reports, and dashboards.
  • Collect and analyze business requirements and critical data elements across functional areas.
  • Serve as an expert in CPQ configuration and guide team members in configuration decisions.
  • Deliver recommendations for business process improvements and implement them.

Technical Experience:

  • Experience in Salesforce.
  • Strong preference for experience with Steelbrick/Salesforce CPQ, Apttus, or BigMachines.

Professional Attributes:

  • Good communication skills are essential.
  • Able to handle client-facing roles effectively.
  • Handling a team of 3-5 junior developers is a plus.
