Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated process analyst to play a crucial role in transforming business processes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills to understand complex business processes and data. They will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, defining scope, and performing map/gap analysis.

The ideal candidate will serve as a conduit between business strategy and technical teams, aligning business and development efforts.

The process analyst will work closely with business and technical teams to define and design proposed solutions that meet requirements and adhere to industry best practices.

  • Gather and document business requirements, define scope, and perform map/gap analysis.
  • Align business and development efforts by serving as a conduit between business strategy and technical teams.
  • Understand user needs and drive continuous improvement and efficient use of Salesforce platform features.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and design proposed solutions that meet requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and similar IT systems.
  • Knowledge of sales processes such as opportunity management, quoting, contract management, pricing, discounts, approval structures, bundling, ordering, billing, and provisioning.
  • Understanding of Salesforce customization capabilities and feature sets.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes and data.
  • Ability to manage project timelines, identify risks, and report project status effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate and convey information to stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop creative solutions.
