About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Retail Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our store.

  • Ensure seamless daily operations by implementing inventory management systems, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Drive sales growth while optimizing expenses through thorough transaction tracking, budget optimization, and effective loss prevention strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by promptly addressing concerns and providing knowledgeable assistance.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators to senior management, enabling informed decisions on store performance and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare the store for formal launches and manage transitions during refits or conversions.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide store staff, ensuring effective performance management, coaching, and training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with marketing, HR, and finance teams to align store initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by implementing customer-centric processes and upholding service excellence.
  • Maintain inventory control, coordinate with supply chain for product availability, and conduct regular stock audits.
  • Implement safety and asset protection measures to maintain a secure store environment.
