Compliance Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our organization in Jaipur, India.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in accounting or secretarial firms and possess strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic secretarial compliance tasks including preparation and filing of statutory forms (ROC, MCA filings, etc.).
  • Assist in accounting-related activities such as vouchers, reconciliations, and simple book-keeping support.
  • Support in statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, and PT filings.
  • Help maintain company secretarial records – registers, minutes, and disclosures.
  • Assist in drafting simple resolutions, notices, and supporting compliance documentation.
  • Support in Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and routine compliance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance timelines are met for clients.
  • Coordinate with clients for information collection and updates.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a CA/CS/Accounting/Compliance firm.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and company secretarial compliances.
  • Familiarity with statutory filing portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and exposure to accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred).
