Key HR Role:

You will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with all relevant statutes and safety protocols.

You will liaise with various government authorities, including labor offices, to maintain positive industrial relations. You will also assist with internal and external communication, as well as handle administrative tasks, leave and attendance, and other transactions.

In addition to these tasks, you will help drive safety initiatives in the plant. You will also assess the effectiveness of onsite and offsite emergency plans along with your team.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving efficiency drives at the unit
  • Responsible for administration activities such as transport, canteen, and travel arrangements
  • Managing housekeeping of the plant premises
  • Supervising medical team visits, health awareness sessions, and coordinating with other units for OHC-related matters
  • Managing contract labor, ensuring compliance with statutes and labor laws, tracking manpower costs
  • Maintaining employee discipline at the unit
  • Preparing for and maintaining ISO and audit compliance

You will also facilitate recruitment within agreed timelines, issue offer letters, and ensure completion of appointment documents. Additionally, you will execute employee exit processes, conduct exit interviews, and provide documents/feedback to stakeholders.

Key Skills:

Fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi

Any graduate or MBA qualification

Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR roles

Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
