We are seeking a seasoned HR Operations Manager

This role involves managing end-to-end HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and data management.

The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve employee queries related to HR policies and processes, oversee the HRIS platform, implement enhancements and upgrades to improve efficiency, ensure a positive employee experience by addressing HR-related concerns promptly, identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements, streamline workflows to enhance productivity, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR operations, and collaborate with external vendors for services such as payroll processing, background verification, and employee benefits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Shared Service Operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and data management.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of HR transactions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
  • Overseeing the HRIS platform, including data entry, system maintenance, and reporting.
  • Implementing enhancements and upgrades to improve efficiency.
  • Ensuring a positive employee experience by addressing HR-related concerns promptly.
  • Identifying process bottlenecks and recommending improvements.
  • Streamlining workflows to enhance productivity.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR operations.
  • Collaborating with external vendors for services such as payroll processing, background verification, and employee benefits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end HR processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations specific to India.
