Job Title: Hiring Manager for HR Operations Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced hiring manager to oversee our HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent employee service, handling escalated issues, and ensuring timely communication of resolutions.

This role involves managing multiple activities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining 100% accuracy of employee records in the HR database, and collaborating with payroll teams/providers to deliver timely information and reports.

In addition, the hiring manager will be responsible for compiling routine management information reports, handling ad-hoc reporting requests, and assisting with audit requests by providing required documentation promptly.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a hiring manager for HR operations.

 Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven HR Operations experience in an international shared services environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience supporting UK HR Operations (global exposure is a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Professional attitude with strong confidentiality handling
  • Track record of delivering excellent employee service
