Business Growth Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through effective lead management, sales, and business development strategies.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement targeted campaigns and initiatives that drive business growth and customer engagement.
About the Role:
• Account Management: Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure 100% coverage of new projects launched by them.
• Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads for the region.
• Data Analysis: Track key parameters and maintain data to ensure 100% coverage in the assigned territory.
• Campaign Management: Design and execute client acquisition campaigns to build a flagship brand for property services in the respective region.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales and Business Development Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to drive business growth.
