This is a key role within the Recruiting & Staffing industry, focused on managing IT and Digital / Technical requirements for various organizations. As an IT Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
  • Evaluating candidate applications, conducting interviews, and assessing fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Developing tailored recruitment strategies using market insights to source candidates as per client requirements.
  • Managing candidates throughout the hiring process and ensuring low backout ratio.
  • Developing delivery strategies to maximize revenue and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels to attract and engage qualified candidates for IT positions.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Evaluate candidate applications, conduct interviews, and assess fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Database Management: Update and share dashboards timely, comply with internal ATS and tools.
  • Networking: Establish a network of industry professionals and potential candidates through various channels, gather market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor insights.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-15 years of recruitment experience with a proven management track record.
  • Experience in IT roles in BFSI, Start up, Product, GCC's industries with expertise in staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Fully educated to degree level with overall first division.
