
Inventory Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Main Accountabilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock audits.
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize space utilization, reduce turnaround time, and ensure safety compliance.
Leadership Skills:
- Lead a team of warehouse staff and supervisors.
- Ensure performance tracking and training.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams for timely order processing and replenishment.
- Ensure all customer orders are dispatched correctly, on time, and with zero errors.
Analysis and Improvement:
- Analyze KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full), inventory shrinkage, and warehouse throughput to improve performance.
- Manage 3PL vendors and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 68 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG environments.
- Hands-on experience with WMS, inventory control systems, and Excel reporting.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
