Key Responsibilities

  • The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Conduct regular stock audits.
  • Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize space utilization, reduce turnaround time, and ensure safety compliance.

Leadership Skills:

  • Lead a team of warehouse staff and supervisors.
  • Ensure performance tracking and training.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams for timely order processing and replenishment.
  • Ensure all customer orders are dispatched correctly, on time, and with zero errors.

Analysis and Improvement:

  • Analyze KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full), inventory shrinkage, and warehouse throughput to improve performance.
  • Manage 3PL vendors and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 68 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG environments.
  • Hands-on experience with WMS, inventory control systems, and Excel reporting.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
