Job Title: Water Sector Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive business development, solution positioning, and client engagement across public sector water boards, EPCs, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consultative sales efforts for digital water solutions, SMART water management systems, and hydraulic modeling tools like Bentley WaterGEMS and SewerGEMS.
  • Engage with government clients, consultants, and EPCs to understand requirements and position tailored solutions.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Collaborate with technical and proposal teams to ensure solution alignment and value articulation.
  • Drive territory sales planning and lead qualification.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6–10 years of experience in water sector sales, project design, and hydraulic modeling.
  • Proven track record in direct and channel sales, especially within the public sector.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic modeling tools, CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, and DPR preparation.
  • Familiarity with government water projects, including AMRUT, MSNA, and rural water supply schemes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
