Advertising Strategy Executive
">Our company is seeking a results-driven Advertising Strategy Executive to help develop and execute advertising sales strategies, build client relationships, and drive revenue. This role involves working closely with clients, agencies, and internal teams to craft effective campaigns that align with our audience and brand.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement ad sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and cultivating relationships with potential clients, media agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and agencies in the region, pitching our advertising/marketing solutions and driving growth.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organization while managing the sales pipeline efficiently from lead generation to closure.
- Provide timely follow-ups and conversions, ensuring seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management:
">- Build trusted relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and other stakeholders by understanding their needs and offering tailored advertising solutions that deliver results.
- Clearly articulate key value propositions, processes, and performance for the region, ensuring transparency and trust with clients.
Campaign Optimization:
">- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to design impactful ad campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reporting and insights to clients, ensuring data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
Market Analysis:
">- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform ad sales strategies and improve client offerings.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance ad products and sales approaches, driving business growth and revenue.
Team Collaboration:
">- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless campaign execution, share client feedback, and contribute to product innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, optimize ad sales, and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements:
">- Experience: 3-5 years in advertising sales, media sales, or a similar role; experience in tech/Saas sales is an advantage.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software.
- Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
