The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in copywriting, advertising, or content marketing, with a proven track record of integrating AI tools into creative processes.

The role involves writing sharp headlines, persuasive long-form content, and social media copy, as well as mentoring and inspiring a team of copywriters, designers, and editors.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for originating campaign platforms, product launches, and brand stories that meet business objectives and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling copy that drives engagement and conversion
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to produce high-quality assets that meet brand standards
  • Develop campaign strategies, product launches, and brand narratives that align with business goals
  • Deploy generative-AI tools for ideation, rapid iteration, and performance insights
  • Translate performance metrics into data-driven creative decisions

Talent Sourcing:

  • Identify and manage external freelancers or studios when specialized skills are required
