Job Title

A Senior Regional Leader is required to oversee revenue growth and manage critical business metrics in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of key initiatives, drive business decisions through qualitative inputs and quantitative analysis, and develop a deep understanding of design requisites and customer experience to maximize business results.

  • Contribute actively to business strategies through data-driven insights and market trends analysis.
  • Develop a strong leadership style to motivate and manage a young and ambitious city team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Establish an ecosystem for successful Design experience for both internal teams and customers.
  • Own the quality of Design Closure of Livspace catalogue products and essential home improvement services for the region.
  • Drive and meet KPIs such as successful and timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, customer satisfaction, and team member satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree with an MBA being an added advantage.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in a senior management role, managing a revenue-generating team or selling design products/services through designers.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a structured thought process.
  • A deep understanding of the interior fit-out industry, processes, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Ability to track, train, and reward team performance, as well as empathize with customers and be a trustworthy partner.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse team of Business Managers, Team Allocation Managers, Interior Designers, and other roles.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Improve Design experience for both internal teams and customers.
  • Drive business growth and performance by owning key metrics and KPIs.
