Job Title: Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Leader
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our financial planning and analysis function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to leverage their expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business decision-making.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a large or multinational organization.
- They will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex financial models, creating detailed forecasts, and analyzing financial performance metrics.
This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership. The successful candidate will be able to translate financial data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans, including annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Design and implement financial reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
