We are looking for a Head of FP&A to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for developing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with our strategic objectives.

  • Lead development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization.
  • Implement and enhance financial modeling, planning tools, and processes for greater efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Bring technology to improve processes and efficiencies
About You

We are looking for someone with deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

You should have a proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership, experience in high-growth or startup environments, and ideally, in manufacturing.

A strong record of driving process improvements in FP&A is also highly desirable.
