Lead Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to oversee our company's financial planning processes for key regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business drivers and financial metrics.

Job Summary

  • Develop strategic financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Analyze and present financial results, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
  • Partner with department heads to understand business needs, track performance, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify drivers and recommend corrective actions.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and dashboards to support executive reviews.
  • Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and systems to increase forecasting accuracy, automation, and efficiency.
  • Lead the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • CA or MBA with 20 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, and business finance.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping with ERP/accounting software experience (D365, Adaptive, Blackline).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects is a plus.
