Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the performance and governance of Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with Vendor Account Managers. Your key responsibility is to manage day-to-day operations in accordance with SOW requirements and SLAs, identifying and resolving service delivery issues promptly.

You will be responsible for establishing the necessary infrastructure to perform services, including technology, financial, human resources, security, facilities, and communication resources.

Your role requires exceptional people and process management skills, as well as mentorship and career development of team members, achieving low attrition levels and high employee engagement.

You will drive Operations teams to deliver continuous improvement and productivity/quality gains, flagging and escalating business risks timely to clients.

In addition, you will oversee overall sales strategy and maintain high-quality communication with clients for seamless process management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 18 years of experience in contact center operations

• Strong B2C/B2B sales experience

• Digital marketing ads sales experience

• Dynamic leader with experience managing large, diverse teams across multiple sites in fast-paced environments

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal English language skills

• Adaptable and energized by fast-paced environments

• University graduate or above

• 8 years of people management experience, including managing leaders, with a strong desire to develop team members and at least 2 years handling sales
