The Commis I - Conti Section is a key role in the kitchen department, responsible for delivering an exceptional guest dining experience throughout the hotel. This involves supporting the smooth running of the kitchen and working as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure all aspects of the guest dining experience are delivered to the highest level.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental plans and objectives.
  • Take responsibility for duties and tasks assigned, ensuring timely and professional completion.
  • Collaborate with immediate reports to control costs and inventory, and attain productivity and performance levels.
