Job Description

We are looking for an experiencedSouth Indian Sous Chefto join Kingston Hotel. The role will start inBengalurufor a 4-month training period, after which the candidate will relocate toDelhito head the kitchen operations of our upcominglarge-format South Indian QSR. Able to recruit 15 staff for operations in Delhi

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage kitchen operations with a strong focus onauthentic South Indian cuisine
- Plan, develop, and execute high-volume menus suitable for a QSR format
- Recruit, arrange, and manage a fullkitchen teamfor Delhi operations
- Ensure food quality, consistency, hygiene, and safety standards
- Oversee food cost control and efficient kitchen management

Requirements

- Minimum10 years of proven experiencein South Indian cuisine (hotels, restaurants, or QSRs)
- Strong leadership andstaffing/team-building skills
- Ability to handlehigh-volume, fast-paced kitchen operations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Willingness torelocate to Delhi after 6 months
