Job Summary/Purpose:
The Japanese Sous Chef will be responsible for the overall supervision, leadership and direction of the Hotel's Japanese restaurant, banquets and all Japanese cuisine featured in the hotel, ensuring efficient, effective and profitable operations
Build strong business relationships with external suppliers and effective working relationship with internal colleagues.
Drive business revenue through ordering specialty items and controlling costs.
