Lead Executive for Enterprise Growth

The Chief Executive Officer plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy, overseeing the enterprise Profit and Loss (P&L), and leading the next phase of expansion. Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end P&L and value creation, setting strategic objectives, translating them into actionable roadmaps, and delivering tangible outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience in B2B manufacturing or industrial engineering, with a proven track record of P&L ownership and scale-up results. They should possess strong commercial acumen, including pricing, mix, working capital management, and project IRR calculation. Additionally, they must be able to build high-performing teams, establish a performance culture, and foster stakeholder relationships.

  • Own the P&L and drive growth across domestic and international markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand markets, upgrade operations and technology, and build a high-performance culture.
  • Take ownership of key functions such as commercial, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, compliance, and ESG.
  • Negotiate long-cycle contracts and key accounts to build a predictable order book and margin profile.
  • Modernize manufacturing processes, improving throughput, OEE, yield, and first-time-right quality.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, institutionalizing data-driven governance and vendor development for alloys.
  • Establish a performance culture with clear KRAs/KPIs and leadership bench, prioritizing safety and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and scale-up results in B2B manufacturing or industrial engineering.
  • Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capex deployment.
  • Solid financial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build high-performing teams and establish a performance culture.
  • Education: Engineering (preferred) + MBA/PGDM desirable.
