Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Growth Initiatives
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for telehealth and wellness services, with accountability for revenue expansion and market penetration.
- Pursue aggressive business development opportunities across enterprise, B2B, and remote workforce segments, identifying high-value growth potential.
- Utilize market intelligence to identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and innovative service models, driving strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align business objectives with sales performance and global expansion goals.
- Client Engagement & Partnerships
- Lead high-stakes client interactions from initial prospecting through to closing and long-term account management.
- Build relationships with decision-makers in large organizations, including ship owners, corporate health partners, and insurance providers.
- Represent the organization in executive meetings, industry forums, and events, positioning the brand as a premium, scalable wellness partner.
- Negotiate and finalize large commercial contracts that deliver mutual value and long-term client success.
- Digital Growth Strategies
- Drive user adoption, monetization, and revenue growth across digital wellness platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize platform offerings for target clients, improve conversion paths, and scale recurring revenue models.
- Utilize analytics and platform insights to inform pricing strategies, digital campaign ROI, and service packaging.
- Explore and expand eCommerce or self-serve revenue channels as an additional sales stream.
- Platform Optimization & Expansion
- Establish and manage dashboards for sales KPIs, deal velocity, win rates, and revenue forecasting.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and data accuracy across all stages of the sales funnel.
- Provide clear, data-driven insights to stakeholders, enabling faster decision-making and resource alignment.
- Use sales analytics to continuously improve conversion strategy, targeting, and territory management.
- Commercial Proposals & Enablement
- Lead preparation of commercial proposals, pricing models, and pitch presentations tailored for enterprise and institutional clients.
- Drive executive-level meetings and business reviews, clearly communicating ROI, strategic value, and implementation plans.
- Ensure proposals are backed by strong business cases and align with operational strengths and delivery capabilities.
- Present regularly to internal leadership on sales progress, market expansion wins, and pipeline velocity.
- Team Collaboration & Execution
- Work across product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure sales commitments translate into smooth delivery and client retention.
- Serve as the commercial voice in internal planning—ensuring client needs, feedback, and growth priorities are reflected in service evolution.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across functions to deliver client impact at scale.
- Innovation & Continuous Growth
- Proactively refine sales playbooks, pricing approaches, and partner models to adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Bring a founder's mindset—experiment quickly, improve processes, and maintain speed while scaling.
- Continuously scan for global innovations in mental wellness, digital care, and workforce wellbeing to keep ahead of the curve.
