Job Title: Electrical Sector Lead

About the Role:

Eaton is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Electrical Sector team. As a sector lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of new products, localization, and customization of existing products while ensuring that R&D efforts align with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering team to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Oversee the development of new products, including design, testing, and validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of products into the market.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve product quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 18–20 years of experience in product development in a business and plant environment.
  • Experience with electrical products, including low and medium voltage switchgear, UPS, and fuses.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent degree.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale product development projects.
  • Expertise in global product standards and certification requirements.
  • Knowledge of SAP and product lifecycle management tools.
