Job Title: Global HR Leader

Beeontrade is a rapidly growing company with operations across the USA, India, Turkey, and Dubai. As we scale globally, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead our human resources (HR) function.

This strategic corporate role will be based in our India headquarters and require the successful candidate to build and scale Beeontrade's global HR systems, while also establishing a strong foundation for HR in India.

The Global HR Leader will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to drive global HR strategy, corporate governance, compliance, and high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead global HR operations across all regions, including India HQ, USA, Turkey, and UAE.
  • Establish Beeontrade's corporate-level HR framework, policies, compliance, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Design scalable HR systems for operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.
India HQ Role:
  • Build the full HR function in India as the corporate HQ backbone.
  • Oversee local HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Partner with India-based executives to align talent and performance with global objectives.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
  • Lead global recruiting efforts, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
  • Launch company-wide training, onboarding, and development programs to support long-term growth.
Performance & Culture:
  • Develop a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration across all offices.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region.
  • Draft and maintain global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
  • Partner with legal counsel to manage sensitive HR and compliance matters.

We are looking for professionals with a proven track record of leading HR functions in complex, multinational environments. Experience in building HR systems from scratch and managing global HR strategy is essential. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are also required. Travel internationally to our global offices may be necessary.
