Job Summary:

  • This role oversees the end-to-end asset onboarding process for production houses, ensuring compliance with company policies and smooth operations.
  • The position manages relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, production houses, and internal teams, to ensure client satisfaction through efficient account management and timely financial reconciliations.
  • Accurate reconciliation of subscribed amounts from investors and disbursements to production houses is ensured, along with oversight of repayment calculations to investors and producers based on Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
  • The individual will lead initiatives to streamline and automate financial processes, utilizing tech dashboards to maintain and update investor portfolios efficiently.
  • Funding amounts, escrow balances, and credit limits must adhere to company policies. Liaising with escrow and payment service providers ensures effective risk management.
  • Collaboration with asset and sales teams guarantees smooth transaction processes and resolves any operational issues, with escalated support tickets related to finance operations handled by the individual.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Loan Account Management, or Asset-Finance Operations roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
  • Deep understanding of payment systems, complex reconciliations, and financial regulations
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with financial tech dashboards and tools for process automation and portfolio management
