Job Overview
As a Therapy Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding market share for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
\
- Achieve assigned territory/geography wise sales targets through effective field work and strategic planning.
\
- Carry out field work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing your skills and experience to drive results.
\
- Report daily field work activities on our designated online system, ensuring transparency and accountability.
\
- Meet or exceed Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage norms of assigned division, demonstrating exceptional performance.

- Generate maximum prescriptions to increase market share.
\
- Promote the Division's products as per strategy, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to drive sales.
\
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockiests, fostering strong partnerships.
\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate strategy building and implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in B.Sc or B.Pharma; 2+ years of experience in sales and business development; fluency in communication; analytical skills required.
