Job Title: Ice-Cream Reward Manager India

Job Description:

This role leads the reward agenda for India, ensuring alignment with global strategies and providing advisory expertise on reward principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Reward agenda for India
  • Ensure reward solutions are aligned/integrated with Global Reward strategy
  • Conduct assessment and evaluation of costs and benefits of reward packages
  • Review market benchmarking information and recommend interventions
  • Business partnering on reward strategy and initiatives
  • Provide primary interface for Country HR team on all compensation and benefits-related matters

Reward Policies & Processes:

  • Support changes to programme structures
  • Support deployment and implementation of reward policies and processes
  • Support leveraging innovative technology in solutions
  • Conduct and lead market intelligence analysis through salary benchmarking

Executing Reward Processes:

  • Apply Reward policies in an equitable manner
  • Provide reporting in all areas of Reward
  • Guide HR teams to deliver transparent performance and reward communication plans
  • Manage execution and on-going policies benefit plans in India
  • Lead and implement the pay review process

Reward Communications:

  • Support improvement of employee engagement using effective Reward technology and communication platforms
  • Support communication of vision for change for Reward programmes
  • Review data to measure progress against planned business case for change
  • Ability to work with a range of stakeholders
  • Lead and cascade Reward Communications sessions to employees
