About Global Compensation & People Operations

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global compensation and people operations efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive compensation strategies that drive business outcomes.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and administer global compensation and benefit programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This includes liaising with insurance partners, payroll partners, and benefit providers to ensure smooth functioning and resolution of issues.

  • Develop and implement global compensation strategies that support business objectives.
  • Manage global payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise with insurance partners, payroll partners, and benefit providers to ensure smooth functioning.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also work closely with our HR Business Partners to ensure alignment of reward strategies with business objectives. You will conduct market research (benchmarking) and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages in global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze compensation data and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with insurance partners, payroll partners, and benefit providers.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure alignment of reward strategies with business objectives.

You will also be responsible for preparing HR reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders. Support leadership with data-driven insights and analytics for strategic decision-making. Work towards automating HR processes and driving HR process adoption across the organization.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Keep up to date with global HR laws and regulations and provide advice and guidance on compliance matters.
