The primary responsibility will be to oversee daily school operations, ensuring smooth functioning. This includes managing administrative duties like infrastructure safety, planning, forecasting, and budgeting according to business objectives.

  1. Manage day-to-day Administrative activities related to school operations.
  2. Requisition curriculum support and inventory for Primary, Middle, and Senior Schools, effectively managing them within set timelines.
  3. Ensure that all updates on student and staff data, circulars, School events, tests, examinations, trips, etc., are maintained.
  4. Establish quality standards for services affecting School environments like Transport, Catering, Security, Uniforms, Teaching, and Safety.
  5. Build positive relationships with schools and parents through effective interactions and a cooperative attitude.
  6. Resolve issues related with external vendors and agencies within the stipulated timeframe for the smooth operation of schools.
  7. Regularly present Management Information System (MIS) reports to Principals.
  8. Plan functional visits with Vice-Principals and Principals.
  9. Brief Principals about urgent and important matters immediately.
Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage school administration and resolve issues within agreed times and dates.
  • Logistics, security, housekeeping, and support staff operations.
  • Resource management including furniture, tools, equipment, uniforms, and fixtures.
  • Maintenance and repairs around the school and grounds.
  • Staff, student, School circulars, events, test, Examination schedules, and trips documentation.
  • Quality management of services like Transport, Catering, Security, Uniforms, Teaching, and Safety.
  • Effective ancillary management.
  • Ensuring safety equipment remains in top condition.
  • Meeting training requirements for programs, workshops, field trips, SPA, Sports day, Annual concert, or other special days.
  • Maintaining community relationships.
  • Resolving daily issues with external vendors and agencies within the stipulated timeframe and dates.
  • Updating and maintaining administrative documents regularly.
  • Informing Principals about urgent matters immediately.
