
High Net Worth Individual Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills, a passion for fashion and luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
This role involves overseeing all aspects of retail operations, including building and managing relationships with high net worth individuals (HNI) clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and fostering a positive work environment that motivates the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
We're looking for someone who can lead by example, actively engage with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales. This individual should also be able to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands;
- Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level;
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers;
- Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment;
- Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
