Job Title: Equity Portfolio Development SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Equity Portfolio Development Specialist to join our team. As an Equity Portfolio Development Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients for equity advisory and dealing services.The ideal candidate will have 4-12 years of experience in the broking industry, preferably in a similar function. They should be able to acquire, advise, and handle top-end client relationships.A key requirement for this role is proficiency in equity and derivatives products, as well as an understanding of equities markets. Additionally, certification in Equity and Derivative Segment is mandatory.Education-wise, the candidate should have a Graduation or MBA degree.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients for equity advisory and dealing services.
  • Meet business objectives related to sales numbers, revenue, and product mix.
  • Cement existing relationships and build new ones, ensuring exceptional service standards.
  • Identify client needs and gaps, and work towards bridging these through effective relationship management.
Requirements:
  • 4-12 years of experience in the broking industry, preferably in a similar function.
  • Ability to acquire, advise, and handle top-end client relationships.
  • Proficiency in equity and derivatives products, as well as an understanding of equities markets.
