We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to join our investments team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day activities as the lead specialist for the team.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including fund administrators, investment managers, and auditors.
  • Develop and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from other locations to achieve shared objectives.
  • Review financial statements and fund reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Execute investor capital calls and distributions in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the audit of funds by providing expertise and support.
  • Share knowledge of fund structures and portfolio solutions with team members to facilitate query resolution and task delivery.
  • Maintain a strong focus on risk management, ensuring controlled processes and proactive oversight.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of supporting procedures and provide training for team members.
  • Research Investment Regulations and Fund Structures, summarizing key points relevant to the business for training and development purposes.
  • Cover work items for team members during periods of absence.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to challenge existing processes and identify areas for value addition and efficiency gains.
  • Oversee reporting, including regulatory and expense reporting, regulator filings, and oversight responsibilities while ensuring compliance deadlines and internal SLAs are met.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in investments or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant software applications.
