We are seeking a skilled Senior Investment Manager to join our team. This role will be based in India and involve working in a hybrid environment with both office and remote work requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for defined contribution, defined benefit, and delegated solution clients
  • Analyze investment options and overall plan performance
  • Communicate with investment and custodian teams to gather client-specific data for reporting
  • Client communications and reviews, including managing ramp-ups and ongoing transitions
  • Define, delegate, and monitor employee engagement activities
  • Mentor and lead a team of analysts across various processes
  • Own accountability by troubleshooting issues on projects
  • Drive process improvements
  • Manage relationships with business process owners and senior management
  • Ensure exceptional client experience
  • Ensure compliance with internal and client policies
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders
  • Train and coach new hires in automation tools
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Graduate degree in finance (B.com, BBA or equivalent) and progress towards CFA and CIPM preferred
  • Knowledge of Python and SQL
  • Strong understanding and usage of investment-related terminology
  • Experience analyzing investment portfolios or researching investment managers outside of India
  • Computations of returns for defined benefit and NFP clients
  • Exposure to global capital markets and knowledge of asset classes and investment strategies
  • Good command of MS Office applications
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and perform well under pressure
