
Relationship Building Executive

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Customer Relationship Manager position at our organization.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Business Administration is required. 10-15 years of experience in sales, particularly in the lubricants or related industries, is necessary for this role.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and knowledge of lubricants (Grease & Oil) and their applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities within the lubricants market by identifying potential customers and understanding their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers by providing them with excellent service and support.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets for lubricant products within the assigned territory.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Develop a deep understanding of our lubricant products and their applications to effectively promote them to customers.

We cater to various client needs by providing applications for gearboxes, bearings, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, rotary shaft seals, and 'O' rings. We strive to create long-lasting quality and offer a diverse product range.
