Admission and Outreach Manager

This role is responsible for developing strategies to attract quality students and enhancing admissions year on year.

  1. Student Attraction Strategies: Plan and implement various student attraction strategies to enhance the number of admissions.
  2. Tour Organization: Organize tours around campus to showcase infrastructure facilities and faculty expertise to potential students and their parents.
  3. Exhibition and Open House: Guide Marketing Office to organize exhibitions and open houses for school students and their parents at Campus and other places.
  4. Student Admissions: Plan and execute student admissions from various parts of the country.
  5. Campus Visits: Organize visits to school campuses and polytechnic colleges to provide potential students with information about academic programs.
  6. Marketing Tools: Assist Marketing in creating tools like brochures, pamphlets, banners, merchandise, hoardings, etc.
  7. Staff Supervision: Supervise staff working in Admissions Office and motivate them to bring out their best.
  8. Admission Process: Ensure smooth admission process by scheduling counselling sessions and completing admissions efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree holder with professional additional qualifications.
  • At least 12-15 years of relevant experience in admission and outreach.
  • Previous work experience of working with Education Institutes.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team member.
