Job Title: Sales Outreach Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive sales outreach specialist to join our team. As a sales outreach specialist, you will be responsible for driving outbound outreach, lead qualification, and discovery call scheduling.

You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a critical role in building our sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching decision-makers, crafting powerful outreach messages, and enabling the sales team with better-qualified leads.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building targeted lists via bid assist tools, event lists, and other sources
  • Researching ideal accounts and decision-makers
  • Running outbound campaigns via email, WhatsApp, and calls
  • Qualifying prospects using BANT (or similar) frameworks

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Initiating conversations and building interest in our product or service
  • Effectively positioning the product or service in short outbound interactions
  • Handing over qualified leads to the sales team with full context

Sales Enablement:

  • Creating email templates, outreach flows, case studies, and FAQs
  • Supporting the founder and marketing team with pre-sales collateral
  • Capturing learnings and continuously improving messaging & targeting

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B research, pre-sales, or sales
  • Enjoy finding and talking to new people every day
  • Write clear and convincing messages
  • Thrive in execution-heavy roles with daily targets
  • Are curious about industrial / infrastructure ecosystems
  • Are comfortable using AI tools for better outreach
