About the Role

As an Outreach Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with publishers, bloggers, and industry websites, influencers to secure backlinks and brand mentions that improve the online visibility of SaaS brands.

  • Conduct research to identify potential websites, bloggers, and influencers for outreach.
  • Build and maintain a database of outreach prospects.
  • Write and send personalized outreach emails to secure backlinks, guest posts, and partnerships.
  • Follow up on outreach campaigns to maximize response and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the content team to identify link-building opportunities.
  • Track, measure, and report outreach activities and results.
  • Stay updated with SEO and digital marketing trends, especially in the SaaS domain.
