Job Summary
We are seeking a veteran talent leader to spearhead our recruitment strategy. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition roadmap aligned with the company's objectives, lead and mentor a team of recruiters, and design workforce planning to meet short-term and long-term hiring requirements.

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition roadmap aligned with business goals
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to ensure high performance
- Design and implement workforce planning to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:
- Bolster and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent in fintech and technology
- Evaluate and refine an exceptional candidate experience across all hiring stages
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to run recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital branding initiatives
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on talent trends and best practices
- Promote strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks
Operational Excellence & Compliance:
- Establish recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and ensure data-driven decision-making
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies
- Implement advanced ATS systems and technology to streamline hiring processes
Innovation & Market Insights:
- Stay updated on market trends, talent intelligence, and fintech hiring challenges
- Develop strategies to attract niche talent in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, blockchain, and digital banking
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven experience in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
- Able to drive employer branding and build strong talent pipelines for niche roles
