Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness through the development and execution of Performance Management strategies, Job Descriptions, and Reward & Recognition programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of workforce planning, governance, and business case development.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead advanced workforce planning capabilities, implement HR philosophies, reduce administrative work for HR business partners, and improve employee-facing HR systems.

  1. Develop strategic partnerships with management and other leadership to identify business processes and implement effective solutions.
  2. Consult with stakeholders to design and develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
  3. Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.
  4. Implement organisational effectiveness interventions and create competency models.
  5. Develop team building exercises and workshops, and help employees create project timelines and deadlines.
  6. Measure performance management aligns with organisational goals and ensure manpower availability in line with business needs.
  7. Oversee manpower requisitions are filled on time, plan and manage optimal manpower plans, and finalize talent acquisition budgets in coordination with the functional heads.
  8. Ensure an appropriate organization structure for the organization in response to changing business environments.
  9. Review roles, grade structure on an ongoing basis, create service level agreements, and other integrating mechanisms that drive inter-departmental coordination for efficient functioning.

Requirements:

  • MBA / MSW – HR from a reputed institute with at least 10 years of related experience in Retail Sector, Service sector & Manufacture sector.
  • Experience in structured governance and business case development.
  • Advanced workforce planning capabilities and ability to implement HR philosophies.
  • Strong technical expertise and ability to consult on HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
